Real Estate Services Fees

When leasing a property we charge the following fees that must be taken into account:

For Residential Real Estate Fees, Broker’s Commission

Once a client chooses to rent one of the properties shown to him by our agency, and successfully signs a contract with the landlord, our agency charges for one (1) month rent.


V.A.T. (Value Added Tax), currently at 17%, is not included.

 

Legal Fees

Lawyers charge according to the lease agreement.
V.A.T. (Value Added Tax), currently at 17%, is not included.

For Office/Commercial Real Estate Fees, Broker’s Commission

Once a client chooses to rent one of the properties shown to him by our agency, and successfully signs a contract with the landlord, our agency charges accordingly to the lease agreement.

When Selling/Purchasing a property we charge the following fees that must be taken into account:

For Residential & Office/Commercial Real Estate Fees, Broker’s Commission

Once a client chooses to sell their property or chooses to purchase one of the properties shown to him by our agency, and successfully signs a contract with the landlord, our agency charges for 2% of the property price.


V.A.T. (Value Added Tax), currently at 17%, is not included.
