Real Estate service Fees
When leasing a property we charge the following fees :
Once a client chooses to rent one of the properties shown to him by our agency, and successfully signs a contract with the property owner, our agency charges one month rent plus V.A.T. (Value Added Tax), currently at 18%.
When Selling/Purchasing a property we charge the following fees:
Once a client chooses to sell their property or chooses to purchase one of the properties shown to him by our agency, and a contract is signed successfully, our agency charges 2% of the closing price plus V.A.T. (Value Added Tax), currently at 18%.
